What are 'reviewable' + 'guaranteed' premiums?

Guaranteed premiums remain the same for the duration of the plan, unless you increase the amount of cover via 'indexation'.

Reviewable premiums do not remain the same, and the insurer will increase the premium charged at regular intervals. Reviewable premiums are usually cheaper than guaranreed premiums initially but soon rise to a higher level as you progress through the plan term.
